The provided allen wrench should always be kept on your tool. Charge the battery from 6-8 hours for a full charge. If the power and speed is slowly decreasing while you use your tool, it’s time to charge the battery. This does not include using the tool with excessive force. If you use too much manual pressure you will always slow the motor. There is no need to use excessive pressure. Make sure all your parts appear to be in good working order.
